BE Intent has created a desktop application called for its corporate and individual well-being programme.

The desktop application can run on PC and Mac, so all computer users in your company can enjoy using it to keep them motivated and focused.

Support and help getting things set up and running securely are always an issue for any workplace environment. We offer support for setting up the desktop application in your environment and our technical staff are always available should any questions arise.

The desktop application will require a few settings to ensure that it runs smoothly. The application does need to access our website to log users in and to retrieve customised exercises and files each day.

Our retail price is $4 per week / per person, but we offer a customised package for your organisation from $1.50 per user, per week.

That's an effective, personalised and measurable well-being solution for $78 per year, per employee.

Monthly subscription per employee means no large up-front cost. After the initial three-month induction period, you won't be locked into any long-term contracts and you only pay for staff that continue to use and benefit from the programme.

Organisations are invoiced monthly for the number of employees who used the tool during the month. This also means that staff on leave are not charged.

Limited or divided budget for staff initiatives
Everybody is different and that's why BE Intent is a highly personal programme that allows staff to interact with the tools that work for them. We know 10% of staff just won't be engaged in a programme. We have designed our programme for the 90% who will, and won't charge you for those who aren't. That means on a monthly basis you pay only for staff using the programme.

One solution does not work for all staff
From $1.50 per week, per employee. Our subscription-based pricing model is affordable with no large up front costs. We believe in our promise of daily support, motivation and our commitment to a well-being solution that works. (i.e: we only get paid if the programme continues to work for your staff).

One-off initiatives only create short-term improvements in morale and well-being
BE Intent is not a quick fix, one-off solution. It is a programme that promotes and supports staff health and well-being on a daily basis. Results are cumulative and long-term.

Well-being programmes often require staff resources to teach and administer. Roll-out can be time-consuming and training off-site, which means more down time.
We use innovative technology to deliver personal well-being direct to users. All training, interactions and tools are web-delivered which means it's efficiently and effectively rolled out to all staff. There is a 3-month induction period (again delivered through online tutorials and emails) which guides users through the tools, and an ongoing support programme.

Reluctant participation from staff with health and safety viewed as a company issue and not owned by individuals
We make health and safety fun and easy, and make well-being a personal issue. Proactive health exercises for computer users are part of our hourly and daily desktop programme helping meet OOS regulations. Staff set their own well-being goals and track them on a daily basis.

We have a number of reports and measures in the programme that show its effectiveness - at both an individual and corporate level. We establish baseline measures at the outset and quarterly reviews of results to make sure we are delivering the results you need from a well-being programme. The manager will also be given direct access to user reports and information online.
